Magnet Process
Everything will be online.
The Magnet window opens November 2 after 5 PM to December 11 at 11:59 PM. Results will be available at the end of January.
Two buckets
  • Choice Application – Lottery – No Guarantee
  • Magnet Application – Middle School academic years overall composite score placed on merit (6th, 7th, 8th) and ranking (competitive with all students who apply)
  • Can apply for 5 individual High Schools at once. However, you can only accept one at a time.
  • IB / Collegiate: Mandatory – Must have taken Algebra 1 or Algebra 1 Honors to apply for these two programs.
